Experience: 7.5+ years in B2B/B2C sales.

Summary:

As an **Inside Sales Representative**, you will engage with prospective and existing client decision-makers to identify and qualify opportunities for IT services and technology solutions. You will generate new business opportunities, manage leads, support deal closures, and help clients adopt and expand IT service offerings. The role involves managing the sales cycle, maintaining the sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a **Subject Matter Expert (SME)** for IT services during client interactions.
• Identify and develop **new business opportunities** with prospective clients.
• Manage and track **sales pipeline and opportunities**.
• Collaborate with **pre-sales, delivery, and account teams** to support solution proposals.
• Provide guidance and solutions to the team on sales-related challenges.
• Develop strategies to improve **customer engagement and satisfaction**.
• Monitor sales metrics and report performance to management.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have:

• Strong experience in **B2B/B2C Sales**, preferably in IT services or technology solutions.

Good to Have:

• Experience with **Sales Pipeline Management and CRM tools**.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience working with top system integrators
