About the job


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries received via phone, email, website, and other communication channels.
  • Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to support sales pipeline growth.
  • Understand customer requirements, qualify leads based on defined criteria, and assign them to the appropriate sales representatives for further engagement.
  • Prepare, issue, and track quotations, proposals, and sales orders, ensuring accuracy, timely follow-ups, and proper documentation.
  • Maintain and regularly update CRM systems with complete and accurate information related to leads, prospects, customers, communication history, and sales status.
  • Provide pre-sales support by coordinating technical documentation, product information, and pricing details with sales and technical teams.
  • Assist with post-sales activities, including order confirmation, delivery coordination, customer communication, and support in issue resolution.
  • Coordinate closely with distributors and channel partners to ensure smooth order processing, order fulfillment, invoicing, and adherence to delivery timelines.
  • Support customer outreach initiatives such as contract renewals, upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and customer satisfaction follow-ups to build long-term relationships.
  • Generate basic sales reports and assist the sales team with data tracking, analysis, and pipeline visibility.


Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or customer support (industry-specific experience is a plus).
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).


CTC Offered

  • Between 4.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA
