InSeconds hires on behalf of multiple partner companies across industries like startups, SaaS, real estate, automobiles, local services, and skill-based roles. Candidates applying through this role are evaluated via our platform and may be interviewed or hired directly by one of our partner companies. Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team on-site at our Gurugram location. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, nurturing relationships, generating leads, and driving engagement with our platform. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, managing accounts, and identifying new opportunities to expand our user base. The role demands proactive communication, effective persuasion, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet ambitious sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, pursue, and close potential opportunities
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to maintain positive relationships and address client needs effectively
  • Experience in Account Management to manage client portfolios and support long-term partnerships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong organizational abilities
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an on-site, team-oriented setting
