Inside Sales - Personal Loan

About the Role

We are looking for a results driven Inside Sales Specialist to drive outbound sales for loan products through structured calling campaigns. The role involves engaging potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and converting qualified leads into successful loan disbursals while ensuring regulatory and process compliance.

Prior experience in selling financial products is mandatory. Experience in Personal Loans is preferred but not a blocker.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for loan product acquisition
• Explain product features, interest rates, eligibility and repayment terms clearly
• Achieve monthly sales targets for leads, logins, approvals, and disbursals
• Maintain high standards of call quality, conversion ratios, and customer experience
• Ensure strict adherence to RBI, internal compliance, and tele calling guidelines
• Update CRM systems accurately with call outcomes and customer details
• Handle customer objections confidently and close sales effectively

Eligibility & Experience

• 12 years of inside sales / outbound sales experience
• Mandatory experience in selling financial products (Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, etc.)
• Experience in Personal Loans, Consumer Loans, or Unsecured Lending preferred
• Strong exposure to tele sales or inside sales environments
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and persuasion skills (English + Hindi / regional language preferred)
• Customer centric mindset with a consultative selling approach
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
• High energy, resilience, and target driven attitude
• Basic understanding of loan processes and documentation
