Role Overview
Nowfloats is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound sales for
international markets. This role focuses on identifying and engaging SMB customers globally, qualifying
opportunities, and creating a strong sales pipeline for our SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and sales sequences for
international markets
Identify and qualify SMB prospects and business needs
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer pain points and business goals
Generate qualified demos/meetings for Business.
Follow up on inbound, outbound, and dormant leads to improve conversions
Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM tools
Meet daily/weekly/monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue contribution targets
Articulate Nowfloats value proposition clearly to global customers
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Share market feedback, objections, and competitor insights
Skills & Requirements
02 years of experience in Outbound B2B / SaaS / Inside Sales / BDR role
Experience selling to international customers preferred
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Proven ability in cold calling and outbound prospecting
Comfortable working with global time zones
Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
Ability to handle objections and conduct structured discover
