Job Description

Sales Order & Customer Coordination & Vendor Coordination (3PL)

  • Process and close Customer Requests (CRs) within defined timelines
  • Create and circulate Order Acknowledgements (OA) to Sales teams and Sales ISOs
  • Follow up for customer OA acceptance and resolve order-related queries
  • Prepare and share SO creation trackers against received POs
  • Coordinate and share dispatch documents (invoice/PO wise) with Sales ISOs
  • Track and update MIT shipment ETA & delivery status to Sales teams
  • Participate in weekly coordination calls with Sales teams/ISOs


Plant & Internal Coordination

  • Share export dispatch plans with Plant and Logistics teams
  • Release Sales Orders in line with production plans and changes
  • Raise and follow up IUT PO requests with Finance for stock points
  • Create and cross-verify Sales Orders in SAP
  • Participate in daily plant, logistics, and production meetings


MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain daily end-to-end PO trackers
  • Prepare weekly Europe customer-wise reports
  • Update and analyze Actuals, Sales, MIT, and Stock Point sales
  • Prepare sales plans for Rakholi, Waluj, Italy, and USA with value realization focus
  • Generate monthly Stock Point performance reports
  • Circulate consolidated MIT reports to Logistics teams


Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate order planning and dispatch status with Plants and Logistics
  • Manage order and MIT shipment trackers with Sales ISOs
  • Coordinate vehicle/container placement with Logistics
  • Support stock point sales transfers by sharing OA/SO details
