Job Description
Sales Order & Customer Coordination & Vendor Coordination (3PL)
- Process and close Customer Requests (CRs) within defined timelines
- Create and circulate Order Acknowledgements (OA) to Sales teams and Sales ISOs
- Follow up for customer OA acceptance and resolve order-related queries
- Prepare and share SO creation trackers against received POs
- Coordinate and share dispatch documents (invoice/PO wise) with Sales ISOs
- Track and update MIT shipment ETA & delivery status to Sales teams
- Participate in weekly coordination calls with Sales teams/ISOs
Plant & Internal Coordination
- Share export dispatch plans with Plant and Logistics teams
- Release Sales Orders in line with production plans and changes
- Raise and follow up IUT PO requests with Finance for stock points
- Create and cross-verify Sales Orders in SAP
- Participate in daily plant, logistics, and production meetings
MIS & Reporting
- Maintain daily end-to-end PO trackers
- Prepare weekly Europe customer-wise reports
- Update and analyze Actuals, Sales, MIT, and Stock Point sales
- Prepare sales plans for Rakholi, Waluj, Italy, and USA with value realization focus
- Generate monthly Stock Point performance reports
- Circulate consolidated MIT reports to Logistics teams
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate order planning and dispatch status with Plants and Logistics
- Manage order and MIT shipment trackers with Sales ISOs
- Coordinate vehicle/container placement with Logistics
- Support stock point sales transfers by sharing OA/SO details
