We are hiring Inside Sales Officers for a growing healthcare sales operation in Indore. This role focuses on ethical, consultative selling of healthcare services through calls, chat, and email , ensuring clarity, trust, and strong follow-ups.

This is not hard-selling . The emphasis is on patient-centric communication, accurate information sharing, and structured sales processes .

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound leads related to healthcare services
• Engage with prospects via voice calls, WhatsApp/chat, and email
• Clearly explain healthcare offerings, processes, and benefits
• Understand customer needs and guide them appropriately
• Perform consistent follow-ups to drive conversions
• Update lead status, call notes, and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Meet daily and monthly call, follow-up, and conversion targets
• Adhere strictly to quality, compliance, and ethical sales standards

• Good verbal communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
• Basic computer literacy and CRM familiarity
• Ability to handle objections and follow-up professionally
• Prior experience in inside sales / telecalling / customer engagement is preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
