Inside Sales Officer – Healthcare (Indore)

We are hiring Inside Sales Officers for a leading healthcare organization in Indore . This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meaningful conversations, structured follow-ups, and ethical sales in a fast-growing healthcare environment.

This is not aggressive selling the focus is on clarity, trust, and long-term patient engagement .

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls related to healthcare services
• Engage with leads via calls, chat, and email
• Explain healthcare offerings clearly and ethically
• Manage follow-ups and drive closures
• Update leads and activities in CRM systems
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets

• Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Prior experience in telecalling / inside sales is a plus
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset

• Fixed salary up to 25,000 per month
