Job Title: International Sales Executive Online Subscriptions (Australian Market)
Location: Gurugram (Sector 48, Badshahpur)
Job Type: Full-time
Shift Timing: 05:00 AM 02:30 PM IST (Australian Process)
Experience: 03 Years (Freshers Welcome)
Job Overview
We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals with strong communication skills who are interested in working in an international sales process focused on the Australian market.
This is an individual contributor role involving outbound sales calls and subscription selling to clients based in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales through outbound calls to Australian clients.
- Make 100150 outbound sales calls daily.
- Promote and sell online subscription packages.
- Assist existing customers with queries and service-related concerns.
- Maintain and track leads, follow-ups, and call-backs.
- Convert potential leads into sales through effective negotiation.
- Share invoices and provide after-sales support via phone and email.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports of activities and performance.

Eligibility Criteria
- 03 years of experience in international sales or customer service processes.
- Freshers and recent graduates (Business, Communications, or related fields) with strong English proficiency are welcome to apply.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
Important Information
- This is a full-time, office-based role.
- No transportation or cab facilities are provided.
- Candidates must be comfortable with early morning shift timings aligned with the Australian market.
