Job Description
The Presales Head will lead the presales function, driving strategy, team performance, and lead generation to support sales targets and deliver a strong customer experience.
Experience: 4+ Years in Real Estate Pre Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute presales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee online/offline lead generation and improve overall conversion.
- Lead, guide, and train the presales team for timely and effective customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing to create presentations, brochures, virtual tours, and other sales tools.
- Conduct market research to understand competition, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Track and report key metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, and enquiry-to-visit ratios.
- Ensure smooth coordination between presales, sales, CRM, and marketing.
- Maintain an updated customer database and use CRM tools for follow-ups and nurturing.
- Support sales teams during site visits, demos, and presentations.
