Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top quality prospects. As a manager, the candidate will also be responsible for overseeing personnel in the company's inside sales team. Moreover, the candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye towards long term sales strategy.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Manager/Team Lead Inside Sales & Demand Generation to drive lead generation, sales pipeline growth, and revenue expansion. This role requires a strong background in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, and demand generation strategies.

The ideal candidate will lead an inside sales team, optimize campaigns, and work closely with marketing and field sales to accelerate business growth.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, demand generation, or lead generation roles in international as well as domestic market.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation, outbound sales, and pipeline management.
  • Strong experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of sales KPIs and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in SaaS, IT services, or technology sales is a plus.
