About the job
We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to support the growth of JC360 , an enterprise workforce productivity analytics platform used by large corporate clients globally.
This role is focused on research, pipeline building and sales enablement , working closely with a Senior Sales Executive. You will be responsible for identifying target accounts, building high-quality contact lists, and preparing well-researched leads for outbound sales activities.
The ideal candidate has experience in enterprise IT or business software environments , understands how large organizations operate, and enjoys structured research and sales preparation work.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify large enterprise companies as potential JC360 customers
- Build and maintain high-quality account and contact lists
- Identify relevant decision-makers
- Conduct company and industry research to support sales conversations
- Prepare structured lead packages
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data
- Support outbound campaigns with data preparation and targeting
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Management teams
- Experience in IT software, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments
- Understanding of large corporate structures and decision-making processes
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple research tasks
- Strong written and spoken English
- Attention to detail and structured way of working
