This is a full-time, on-site position for an Inside Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. In this role, you will oversee inside sales operations, generate and nurture leads, and manage client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include strategizing and executing sales plans, achieving sales targets, ensuring effective communication with clients, and working closely with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
- Proficiency in Inside Sales processes, including effective selling strategies and closing deals
- Skills in Lead Generation and Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of building strong client relationships
- Knowledge and experience in Account Management and driving client retention and growth
- Strong Sales acumen with an ability to identify opportunities and meet targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
