About the Role
We are looking for a client-facing sales professional who thrives on conversations, understands business needs quickly, and can confidently convert qualified leads into long-term client relationships. This role begins after lead generation - you will take over once prospects are ready for calls and drive the process through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys consultative selling in a professional services environment.
What Youll Own
- Handle Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) generated through marketing, referrals, and outbound efforts.
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls to understand client hiring needs, expectations, and timelines.
- Present our recruitment and executive search solutions in a clear, value-driven manner.
- Manage proposal discussions, commercials, and negotiations to successfully close mandates.
- Act as the primary point of contact until deal closure and smooth handover to delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate sales updates, pipelines, and follow-ups using CRM and internal tracking tools.
- Build credibility and long-term relationships with HR leaders, founders, and business heads.
Who You Are
- 37 years of experience in B2B inside sales / consultative sales , preferably in recruitment, staffing, consulting, or services OR 3-5 years of experience working in international BPOs with strong calling experience.
- Strong communication and business conversation skills - comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders.
- Confident in handling objections, negotiations, and closure discussions.
- Structured, disciplined, and consistent with follow-ups and pipeline management.
- Outcome-oriented, with a clear focus on revenue and conversion.
