Role Overview

We are looking for a highly execution-driven Inside Sales Manager with a strong startup mindset who can build teams, drive discipline, and consistently deliver targets.

This role is for a hands-on leader who believes in numbers, daily tracking, accountability, and aggressive revenue execution across D2C and B2B sales channels.

You will own sales targets end-to-end from hiring and training to daily monitoring and closing.


Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Target Ownership
  • Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets across D2C and B2B channels.
  • Drive daily lead conversion and ensure strict follow-up discipline.
  • Monitor KPIs: conversion rate, revenue per executive, ARPU, lead aging, closures.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of targets through strong execution control.
Team Building & Performance Management
  • Build, train, and manage a high-performance inside sales team.
  • Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly targets for each team member.
  • Implement strong incentive structures linked to performance.
  • Conduct daily reviews, call audits, and performance tracking.
  • Create accountability and execution discipline within the team.
Process & Execution Excellence
  • Establish structured SOPs for lead allocation, follow-ups, and CRM tracking.
  • Improve funnel efficiency and reduce lead leakage.
  • Coordinate with marketing for lead quality and volume alignment.
  • Ensure smooth order closure and coordination with operations.
B2B / Bulk Sales
  • Drive bulk and institutional sales through structured inside sales processes.
  • Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and repeat order cycles.
  • Build long-term B2B relationships through consistent follow-up and execution.


Required Experience
  • 8+ years in inside sales leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in D2C and/or B2B inside sales environments.
  • Strong experience in team building and driving targets.
  • Highly execution-focused with strong daily monitoring capability.
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales dashboards.
  • B.Tech preferred.
