Job Description
You will own the inside sales process end-to-end from prospecting and qualification to closing and post-sale coordination while working closely with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams.
This is a high-visibility role for someone who enjoys ownership, performance, and being directly responsible for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to qualify and convert leads
Own and manage the complete inside sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Prospect and engage leads primarily through LinkedIn and other digital channels
Build and maintain strong client relationships through structured follow-ups
Support basic client servicing and coordination post-sale
Maintain and manage detailed sales pipelines and reports using Excel and CRM
Analyze sales data, conversion metrics, and pipeline health using Excel
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to improve lead quality and conversion
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Deliver professional sales presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs
Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Continuously improve sales scripts, messaging, and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development
Strong confidence in phone-based selling and virtual communication
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales reporting, tracking, and analysis
Experience using LinkedIn for B2B prospecting and outreach
Strong client servicing and relationship management skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven
Working knowledge of CRM systems
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
This role would need you to be available in office from Monday to Saturday.
Preferred Experience Prior experience in SaaS companies
Experience working in digital, marketing, or consulting agencies
Experience selling B2B services or software solutions
Exposure to international or enterprise clients
Strong presentation and sales demo skills
Experience handling complex or multi-stakeholder sales cycles
