Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for driving lead generation and managing sales pipelines. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.   • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management processes
  • Strong Sales expertise with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
