Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to drive Newtons growth across the US and EU markets. This role is ideal for someone who understands the AdTech landscape and enjoys building meaningful client connections in global markets. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, nurturing qualified leads, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to convert them into successful partnerships.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients within the AdTech, digital marketing, and app ecosystem across US and EU markets.
  • Conduct targeted outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and industry networks) to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads through consultative conversations to understand client objectives and marketing challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to align messaging, outreach strategies, and campaign efforts.
  • Build a deep understanding of Newtons offerings performance marketing, user engagement, and measurement solutions and position them effectively to prospects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and timely follow-ups.
  • Contribute to lead nurturing and pipeline development to support regional revenue goals.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as webinars, campaigns, and event outreach to increase market visibility.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • 610 years of experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS.
  • Proven success in lead generation and sales development for international markets (US/EU).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising concepts performance marketing, attribution, DSPs, MMPs, and CTV.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours aligned to international markets.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in AdTech or performance marketing platforms.
  • Exposure to programmatic media, app user acquisition, or re-engagement campaigns.
  • A proactive, data-driven, and consultative approach to sales.
