Role Summary:


Hiring an Inside Sales / BDR professional to convert Marketing Qualified Leads(MLQ) into meetings and early opportunities for a BFS-focused IT services organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on inbound MQLs and qualify prospects.

Execute structured outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls.

Book meetings for sales leadership.

Maintain opportunity notes, follow-ups, and outcomes in Zoho CRM.

Share feedback with Marketing to improve lead quality and messaging.

Track meetings booked, SQLs, and conversion metrics.


Must-Have Skills

37 years in Inside Sales / BDR roles (B2B IT services or technology).

Proven track record in meeting generation.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Strong CRM discipline (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce).

Willingness to work EST time overlap.


Good-to-Have

BFS domain exposure.

Experience selling AI / digital transformation services.
