Stipend: 18000/ - Monthly

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Location: Noida

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Intern Inside Sales to join our growing sales team. As an Inside Sales Intern, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions through effective telephonic communication. You will play a pivotal role in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Based on your performance in the internship, you will be promoted to Executive Inside Sales (Permanent), and your in-hand salary will be increased to 25000/- per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing B2C customers to promote and sell our products/services.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets as assigned.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Maintain an updated customer database and ensure accurate information entry in CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
• Report daily progress and sales metrics to the Inside Sales Manager.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Freshers are preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target oriented.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with CRM software is an advantage.
