Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive/Manager to lead sales growth for our HRMS solutions. This role is focused on enterprise and mid-market sales, strategic account acquisition, partner management, and revenue expansion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition for HRMS software across B2B in enterprises
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation , prospecting , share productPPT, live demos and deal closure
  • Build and manage relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, CXOs, and business leaders
  • Conduct high-level product demonstrations and solution presentations
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate target industries
  • Manage and grow channel partners and strategic alliances
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Analyze market trends and competitor HRMS offerings
  • Collaborate with product, implementation, and support teams to ensure customer success
  • Achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets



Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or HR (preferred)
  • 2-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS / HRMS / HR Tech sales
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise and mid-market deals
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including payroll, attendance, compliance, and performance management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
