Compensation & Benefits:

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales/business development.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing a sales team (preferably 810 members).
  • Proven track record of achieving individual sales targets and driving team revenue growth.
  • Strong experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Hyderabad.


We at Teamscart Solutions are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Head to lead our inside sales function while actively contributing as an individual performer. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, ideal for a hands-on sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive revenue growth through both personal execution and team leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

1.Individual Contribution:


  • Generate high-quality leads through outbound calls, emails, and strategic prospecting efforts.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to drive conversions.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects and key stakeholders.
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns with customized communication strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and manage pipeline effectively using CRM tools.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual revenue and performance targets.


2.Team Leadership & Management:


  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales executives/SDRs.
  • Set clear KPIs, targets, and performance benchmarks for the team.
  • Monitor daily activity metrics, pipeline health, and conversion ratios.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize outreach effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and field sales teams to align on lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Drive a high-performance, accountability-focused sales culture.


3.Key Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in inside sales, with prior experience leading a team.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets both individually and as a team leader.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor metrics and optimize performance.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
