Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement including targeted web search, and email/telephone contact with potential customers.
Prospecting for new clients/lead generation
Direct communication with customers via email and telephone (Cold Calling/Warm Calling) to promote Verdantis and its product range
Qualification of sales leads to identify whether prospects requirements are aligned with Verdantiss product offerings.
Establishing and maintaining appropriate pipeline to meet the requirements of the sales targets for Onsite Sales team.
Capable of good Market Research and Database building
Identify key decision makers within target organizations
Should understand prospects technology needs
Recording of all sales activities in the CRM
o Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales Pipeline
o Proven track record of exceeding sales target
o Must be Aggressive and Dynamic with a Good & Positive Attitude
No. of Position -
US - 1 (Timing 5.30 pm to 2.30 am)
APAC - 1 (Timing 7.00 am to 4.00 pm)
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE -
3+ years of experience in Software BD/Sales, mandatorily in Inside sales.
COMPETENCIES -
Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written) and the ability to ask questions and listen are the keys to success in this role.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
