Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (EdTech Course Sales Mandatory)

CTC Offerings: INR 30,000 In Hand(Max)+Incentives

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive with pro-level English communication skills and prior EdTech course sales experience . The role involves converting inbound leads into enrollments through effective counseling and sales closure.
- Handle inbound & outbound leads for EdTech courses.
- Counsel students/parents on course offerings, career paths, and learning outcomes .
- Conduct telephonic and virtual sales interactions with confidence and clarity.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets .
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems .
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects to ensure conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for lead quality and conversions.
- Minimum 1 year of Inside Sales experience in EdTech (Course Sales only) .
- Excellent English communication skills professional fluency is mandatory.
- Proven ability to close sales over calls .
- Target-driven mindset with strong persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment .
- Willingness to join immediately or within short notice .
- Fixed Pay: Up to 30,000 per month (In-hand)
- Incentives: Performance-based (uncapped for top performers)
