Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
  • Communicate fluently inEnglish, Hindi, and Marathito connect with diverse audiences.
  • Present products/services clearly and convincingly, handling objections effectively.
  • Achieve weekly call targets (~700 calls).
  • Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records.
  • Follow up with leads and schedule appointments when required.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve calling strategies and conversion rates.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong command overEnglish, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes with discipline and consistency.
  • Must own apersonal laptopwith stable internet connection.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.
