Job Description

Job Title: Revenue Growth Executive (IT Sales)

Location: Valasaravakkam, Chennai

Work Shift: International Shift Timings

Experience Required: 1 5 Years

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred


Job Requirement

  • Candidates should have strong exposure to IT Sales within the industry
  • Proven experience in handling international clients (US/UK/APAC markets preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills


Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities in international markets
  • Execute outbound sales activities including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Client Handling & Relationship Management

  • Engage with international clients to understand their IT requirements
  • Present and sell IT services/solutions (software, SaaS, development services, etc.)
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business

Sales Cycle Management

  • Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution delivery

Market Research & Strategy

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands
  • Identify new opportunities for revenue growth in global markets

Reporting & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
  • Track pipeline, forecasts, and provide regular performance reports

International Shift Responsibilities

  • Work in alignment with international time zones (primarily US/UK)
  • Attend late evening/night client calls and meetings
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and professional communication across geographies

Key Skills

  • Strong IT Sales / International Sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Negotiation and closing abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ability to work in night shifts
