Location: Indore (Work from Office)

Salary: 22,500 27,500 CTC (Per Month)

Experience Required: 13 years in Sales / Tele Sales / Inside Sales

We are looking for enthusiastic Inside Sales Executives to handle inbound leads and convert them into bookings.

Role & Responsibilities-

• Handle incoming leads from website, calls, and WhatsApp
• Explain travel experiences and packages to clients
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable options
• Follow up with potential customers to convert enquiries into bookings
• Maintain lead records and update CRM or sales trackers
• Coordinate with operations team for confirmed bookings
• Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication

Candidate Requirements-

13 years experience in inside sales / tele sales / travel sales

Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently

Strong follow-up and closing mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment

Qualification - Masters degree preferred (MBA, M.com , M.A., M.Sc. or similar)

Candidates with Diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality will be preferred
