Job Summary

The Inside Sales Executive Study Abroad is responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into student enrolments for overseas education services. The role focuses on counselling prospective students, understanding their study abroad goals, and guiding them through the admissions and initial visa process while achieving monthly sales targets.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound & outbound leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, and referrals
  • Counsel students on study abroad options (UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, etc.)
  • Explain courses, universities, intakes, eligibility, fees, and visa processes
  • Follow up with leads regularly to convert enquiries into registrations
  • Maintain accurate lead data in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets
  • Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets
  • Coordinate with the applications, documentation, and visa teams
  • Collect initial documents and ensure timely submission
  • Handle student queries professionally and build long-term relationships
  • Participate in events, seminars, and education fairs (if required)


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Any Bachelors degree (preferred)
  • 03 years experience in sales / inside sales / education counselling
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Basic knowledge of study abroad processes (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, WhatsApp, email
  • Fluency in English and local language
