Inside Sales Executive Technology Staffing
(Women-Only Position)
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Work Timings: 7:30 PM 4:30 AM (US Shift)
Compensation & Benefits: Attractive base salary with performance incentives, bonus, cab facility, and insurance coverage.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth within the technology staffing domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and develop staffing opportunities within IT/technology accounts
- Schedule meetings for Account Managers and Delivery teams
- Maintain CRM records and track the sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- 25 years of inside sales experience in IT staffing or technology services
- Strong cold calling and prospecting capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with US clients preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
