Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience (freshers are also welcome) and a passion for Edtech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calling and following up with warm leads generated through digital campaigns.
- Counseling parents and students about Veda Academys programs.
- Explaining course benefits, curriculum, and fee structure clearly.
- Handling objections and closing admissions over calls.
- Making 120-150 calls per day (on average)
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM (preferably LeadSquared)
- Updating daily call status and sales activities.
- Achieving monthly admission targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve overall performance.
- Participating in online demo sessions and parent meetings when required.
- Sharing feedback on lead quality and market trends.
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or tele calling (freshers can apply).
- Edtech industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
