Job Description

Title: Inside Sales Executive (On-Site | Gurgaon)

Focus: Sales Calling, Lead Conversion & Customer Interaction

Location: Gurgaon

Type: Full-Time (On-Site | 6 days/week | 10 hours/day)

Compensation: 10,000/month + 2% Sales Incentives

Expected Sales Revenue: 15,00,000/month (from provided leads)


This is a full-time on-site role where youll be responsible for converting warm inbound & outbound leads into paying customers. Leads are provided by the companyyour performance directly impacts revenue growth and customer acquisition.

As we close our pre-seed round, were looking to build a strong sales function to convert massive inbound interest into high-velocity revenue.


Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Executive, your mission is to convert warm leads into successful orders and build trust with customers:


  • Call warm leads shared by the company
  • Explain product offerings clearly & persuasively
  • Follow up & convert leads into sales
  • Maintain call logs & sales reporting


Compensation & Incentives

Fixed: 10,000/month

Incentive: 2% Sales Commission (Uncapped)


Example:

If you close 15,00,000/month Incentive = 30,000

Total Monthly Earnings = 40,000+

Must Have

Strong communication & persuasion skills
