Job SummaryWe are seeking a results-oriented Inside Sales Executive with 23 years of minimum experience in SaaS sales , preferably across POS, ERP, billing, or GST-focused products.
This role involves engaging with inbound and outbound leads, delivering product demos, nurturing prospects, and closing deals while collaborating closely with onboarding and support teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM systems
- Understand customer pain points and position Reecosts POS, billing, and GST-ready solutions effectively
- Deliver clear and engaging product demos (online/offline)
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move deals toward closure
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and opportunities in CRM
- Work closely with onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth customer transitions
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant modules and plans
- Stay informed about GST regulations, billing workflows, and POS/ERP use cases
- Minimum 23 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B SaaS Sales
- Hands-on exposure to POS, ERP, Billing, Accounting, or GST software
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable with frequent calling and structured follow-ups
- Experience using CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Good understanding of SME and mid-market business processes
- Self-driven, target-focused, and process-oriented
- Experience selling to SMEs, retailers, restaurants, or multi-outlet businesses
- Working knowledge of GST invoicing, inventory, POS, or accounting workflows
- Background in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment
- Work From Office - Bangalore
- Monday to Saturday (6 days)
