Job Title: Business Development Executive Inside Sales

Location: Wagholi, Pune

CTC: 3 - 4 LPA per annum

Joining: Immediate


Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining products/services, and closing sales over the phone.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads
  • Handle inbound queries and convert them into sales
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
  • Maintain daily call records and update CRM data
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
  • Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills
  • Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
