Job Title: Business Development Executive Inside Sales
Location: Wagholi, Pune
CTC: 3 - 4 LPA per annum
Joining: Immediate
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining products/services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads
- Handle inbound queries and convert them into sales
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM data
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills
- Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
