The Function | Accountabilities

We are looking for a results-driven SSD Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth by combining technical expertise with sales acumen. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs , providing technical solutions , and managing the sales process to achieve order targets . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical solution sales , excellent communication skills , and a customer-centric approach .

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development

  • Prospecting using cold-calling, email, WhatsApp, SMS messages, and other forms of digital/social media outreach.
  • Handling the inbound and outbound calls/emails effectively.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries and assigned sites.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers .
  • Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively positioning technical products and solutions .

Solution Selling

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions .
  • Collaborate with category and product specialist team to provide customized solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Customer Support & Relationship Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients , addressing technical queries and concerns.
  • Work closely with the support and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction .
  • Provide post-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships .

Sales Process & Reporting

  • Prepare and present sales proposals , quotations, and contract negotiations .
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities , customer interactions, and forecasts in the CRM system.

Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.
