Role: Inside Sales Executive
- Support the sales team by identifying the right target accounts, contacts, and market intelligence, enabling SDRs and Account Executives to convert opportunities efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities
- What You Will Do
- Identify ICP-fit B2B accounts in Healthcare, HealthTech, and PE-backed companies
- Research and build target account lists based on industry, company size, geography, and ownership
- Research event attendees, sponsors, and speakers for relevant industry events
- Identify and validate key decision-makers and influencers (CXO, Product, IT, Ops roles)
- Maintain accurate and clean CRM data
- Share account insights and briefs with SDRs and AEs to support outreach and meetings
Skills & Requirements
Who Can Apply
- Any graduate or MBA (Marketing preferred)
- 02 years of experience (freshers are welcome)
- Strong English reading and writing skills
- Comfortable with online research, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
- Attention to detail and willingness to follow processes
- Curious mindset and eagerness to learn B2B sales and healthcare markets
- Willing to sign a Service agreement of 24 months (Including Probation Period),

Work Timings:
As we are a US-based company serving US clients, this role requires overlap with US time zones depending on customer needs. The general shift will be from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST, though exact hours may vary based on specific client requirements
