Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through lead generation, nurturing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key duties include responding to inquiries, presenting relevant service offerings, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Inside Sales and Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in Lead Generation, including the ability to identify and qualify potential clients
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients
• Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Experience in the caregiving or service industry is an advantage
