Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Executive with proven experience in B2B IT product sales, especially in Cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a consultative approach to enterprise sales. This role is based in Bangalore but will involve outreach and engagement with clients in India (MENA) regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive inside sales activities for IT and Cybersecurity products across B2B segments.
Engage with prospective clients in the India region through cold calls, emails, virtual meetings, and follow-ups.
Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and position suitable cybersecurity and IT solutions.
Work closely with marketing and technical teams to run targeted campaigns and solution demos.
Maintain and update CRM with customer interactions and pipeline details.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics.
Build strong client relationships to facilitate repeat business and upselling.
Do you have ,
34 years of experience in inside sales or business development in the IT / cybersecurity sector.
Proven track record of achieving B2B sales targets.
Fluency in English & Hindi (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience using CRM tools likeZoho/Salesforce, Hubspot
Understanding of cybersecurity landscape and IT products is a strong advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related fields.
Prior experience selling to India Markets in B2B segment.
Certifications or training in cybersecurity fundamentals is a plus.
