Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated andresult orientedInside Sales Executive with 2 years of experience to join our sales team. The candidate willbe responsible forgenerating leads, converting prospects into customers, andmaintainingstrong client relationships through calls, emails, and online communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifyand generatenew salesleads through calls, emails, and CRM tools
- Contact potential customers and explain company products/services
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Follow up with leads and close sales deals effectively
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare sales reports and share updates with management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or Tele-sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong convincing and follow-up abilities
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
Preferred Skills:
Experience inselling ERP/Saas based BI/ Analytics solutions
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Familiarity with lead generation and sales funnels
