Job Description
Location- Noida, Sector 142
Shift- US Shift (5 days' work from office)
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach
Execute daily outbound activities including:
o Cold calling using scripts
o Email outreach
o LinkedIn connection requests and follow-ups
Work with pre-qualified lead lists from tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, or CRM.
Lead Qualification
Identify appropriate decision-makers and influencers.
Conduct basic discovery to assess relevance and interest.
Schedule introductory calls.
Process & Reporting
Maintain daily records of calls, emails, follow-ups, and responses.
Update tracking sheets / CRM accurately and on time.
Strictly follow outreach sequences and timelines.
Communication Standards
Use clear, professional written and spoken English.
Maintain respectful and mature conduct within the office and with prospects.
Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
Required Skills
Must-Have
2 years of experience in B2B inside sales or lead generation.
Experience with international (US/EU) markets.
Strong spoken and written English.
Basic understanding of enterprise software or technology solutions.
High level of accountability and discipline.
Good-to-Have
Familiarity with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
