The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling potential clients, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. They should be confident, persuasive, and have excellent communication skills to engage with potential customers effectively. The candidate should be driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling objections while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.


Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to potential clients and introduce company services.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Maintain a high volume of calls and ensure consistent follow-ups.

Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication.

Keep track of lead status and update CRM with relevant information.

Understand client requirements and pitch services accordingly.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, and conversions.

Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies.

Handle objections and provide necessary information to prospects.

Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

1+ years of experience in inside sales.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Experience in CRM tools and lead tracking is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
