Role Overview
The Inside Sales professional will support revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, engaging prospective clients, and working closely with field sales and account teams. The role focuses on outbound and inbound sales activities, pipeline management, and customer engagement across target accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
- Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, authority, and timelines
- Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to Sales / Account Managers
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and opportunity information
- Support sales campaigns, account-based marketing initiatives, and events
- Track pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and sales activity reports
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and solution teams
- Build strong understanding of service offerings (IT services, digital, BFSI solutions, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 26 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Sales Support
- Experience selling or supporting sales for IT Services / Technology / BFSI solutions preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proven ability in cold calling, email outreach, and lead qualification
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong stakeholder coordination and follow-up skills
