Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to support our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, assist in lead generation and qualification, and ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales representatives, distributors, and internal teams.
This role requires strong communication, organization, CRM management, and sales coordination skills to help drive revenue growth and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Communication & Lead Management- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, website forms, and other communication channels.
- Conduct cold calling and outbound outreach to generate new leads and support sales pipeline development.
- Understand customer requirements, qualify leads, and route them to the appropriate sales representatives for further engagement.
- Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and sales orders, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Monitor quotation status and perform timely follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Maintain and regularly update the CRM system with complete and accurate information regarding:
- Leads and prospects
- Customer profiles
- Communication history
- Sales pipeline status
- Provide pre-sales assistance by coordinating product information, technical documentation, and pricing with internal teams.
- Assist with post-sales coordination, including order confirmation, delivery updates, and resolving customer queries.
- Work closely with distributors and channel partners to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely invoicing and delivery schedules.
- Support initiatives such as:
- Contract renewals
- Upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Customer satisfaction follow-ups
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Generate basic sales reports, maintain pipeline visibility, and assist the sales team with performance tracking and data analysis.
- Experience: 24 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, or Customer Support (industry experience is an added advantage).
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
