Job Title: Event Planner Sales Closure (Social Events)

Company: Eevagga (Evaga Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.)

Location: Bangalore (Office + Client Meetings)

Monthly Target: 15,00,000 Revenue

Event Types: Birthdays, Baby Showers, House Warmings, Private Parties

Role Summary

The Event Planner Sales Closure will be responsible for converting inbound and partner leads into confirmed social event bookings. The role focuses on consultative selling, proposal closure, payment collection, and smooth handover to execution teams for premium home and venue-based celebrations.

This is a pure closure role with clear revenue ownership.


Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation & Closure
  • Handle qualified leads for birthdays, baby showers, house warmings, and private parties
  • Understand client requirements: occasion, budget, guest size, venue, preferences
  • Recommend suitable themes, packages, and add-ons
  • Conduct sales calls, meetings, and site visits to close bookings


Proposal, Pricing & Upselling
  • Create customised proposals and quotations
  • Upsell dcor upgrades, entertainment, gifts, photography, and experiences
  • Negotiate pricing within approved margins
  • Ensure clarity on scope, timelines, and deliverables


Booking Confirmation & Handover
  • Collect advance payments and confirm bookings
  • Document final scope and client expectations clearly
  • Handover event brief to operations and coordination teams


Revenue & Pipeline Ownership
  • Achieve 15L+ monthly sales target
  • Maintain healthy sales pipeline and follow-ups
  • Maximise conversion rate and average order value


Client Experience
  • Act as a trusted celebration consultant, not just a salesperson
  • Build confidence and long-term relationships
  • Ensure a smooth pre-event experience till execution handover


Internal Coordination
  • Align with dcor, production, and ops teams for feasibility
  • Avoid over-promising or scope mismatches


Skills & Competencies
  • Experience in event sales / hospitality / lifestyle services
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Aesthetic sense and understanding of dcor & experiences
  • Target-driven and ownership mindset


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Monthly revenue achieved (15L target)
  • Lead-to-booking conversion rate
  • Average order value (AOV)
  • Advance payment collection
  • Zero client complaints due to mis-selling
