Role Overview


We are looking for a result-driven Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell our cybersecurity and IT certification training programs to working professionals and organisations globally.


The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, recommending relevant certification programs, and converting leads into enrollments through consultative sales.


Key Responsibilities


  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads interested in cybersecurity and IT certification training programs
  • Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable training and certification courses
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions to guide professionals in selecting the right certification path
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions and close enrollments
  • Maintain accurate lead and sales updates in CRM systems
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for webinars, campaigns, and learner engagement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with learners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat enrollments


Mandatory Requirements


Candidates must meet the following criteria:


  • 13 years of Inside Sales experience
  • Experience in B2C and B2B sales or EdTech / training sales preferred
  • Proven experience in lead conversion through calls and follow-ups
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills


Preferred Experience


  • Experience selling IT or cybersecurity certification programs
  • Familiarity with certifications such as CISSP, CEH, ISO 27001, CISA, or CISM
  • Experience using CRM or lead management tools
