Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who can promote the sales of our credit card along with providing the necessary customer support, thereby making it a unique experience for all our credit card users.


Key Responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibility of the candidate will lie in generating the credit card leads and ultimately increasing the credit card sales
  • Engaging and educating customers on the product usage
  • Communicating with the clients and sales representatives
  • Conveying the brand information to customers and responding to their questions or inquiries that arise
  • Responsible for daily or monthly sales targets
  • Resolving complaints of the customers from their card usage experience
  • Coordinate with other related departments in achieving the goal whenever required.


Job Requirement:

  • Ability to connect with customers and convert leads to sales
  • Ability to absorb, understand and articulate the brand and products information effectively to consumers
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to relate with people from different backgrounds
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
