Job Description:
Eastern Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Executive Inside Sales with experience in IT/Software sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling, and handling both domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cold calling for domestic and international markets
- Generate and qualify leads for IT/Software products and services
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM/tools
- Follow up with prospects via calls and emails
- Coordinate with internal teams to close deals
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in IT/Software sales
- Hands-on knowledge of lead generation tools such as Lusha, Apollo (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with international clients
- Basic understanding of sales processes and B2B selling
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales
- Familiarity with international sales practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
