Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with experience in IT lead generation and cold calling. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience handling both domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
- Conduct domestic and international calls to identify potential business opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Identify client requirements and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM
- Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets
- Give demos of product
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT lead generation or inside sales
- Experience in cold calling (Domestic & International)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of IT services and software solutions
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
