Inside Sales Executive - Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning 

• Act as an ambassador and representative to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships for  the benefit of the organization 

• Drives the development of strategic business and financial plans, in alignment with overall corporate goals 

• Should have superior people skills and develop a knack towards understanding and communicating  product benefits through telephony based communication 

Operational Efficiencies 

• Achievement of overall sales of the region (Including Travel Agent Partners & Distributors) and monitoring  performance (Individual & Overall) on daily basis. 

• Implementation, feedback and co-ordination on various promotional & Incentive programs launched by  product team 

• Ensure credit control and adherence of KYC norms as per company policy 

• Assist in implementation of Promotions and below the line activities in conjunction with the Business Head  for new acquisition of customers across segments. 

• Generate high potential acquisition leads through systematic calling programs and driving necessary  efficiencies

Educational Qualification :Any Graduate

Experience Min & Max : 6 Months -2 years of experience in Tele sales.  Candidates who have experience in outbound calling in  BPO, especially telecom or insurance are preferred

Key Skill Required for the role :

• Fluent in the regional language 

• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Cool-tempered and ability to handle rejection 

• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints 

• High school diploma; BSc/BCom will be a plus.
