Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Executive with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP solutions. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, pipeline management, customer engagement, and driving revenue growth for CRM & ERP offerings. The ideal candidate should have exposure to selling enterprise software solutions and managing the sales lifecycle through CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales & Lead Management

Identify and generate new business opportunities for CRM & ERP solutions through inbound and outbound channels.

Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.

Qualify leads and schedule product demos/meetings for the sales team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.

CRM Management (Microsoft Dynamics)

Manage and update customer data, leads, and opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Promote and sell Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions (Finance, SCM, Business Central, etc.).

Understand client business requirements and map them to CRM/ERP solutions.

Track sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets.

Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and proposals.

Sales Coordination & Reporting

Generate CRM-based sales reports and dashboards.

Monitor KPIs, targets, and conversion metrics.

Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Technical, and Implementation teams.

Support in proposal creation, RFP responses, and commercial discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

35 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development.

Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM ,ERP(Sales Module).

Good understanding of lead lifecycle and sales funnel management.

Experience in CRM data analysis and reporting.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in B2B sales.

Familiarity with CRM customization and workflow automation.

Understanding of SaaS / IT services sales.
