Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with businesses, coaching institutes, startups, and service providers through calls, emails, and online meetings.
• Pitch Crestbells services, including website development, mobile apps, and digital marketing solutions.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions.
• Conduct online demos, presentations, and follow-ups with decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales updates to the Sales Head.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales (IT Services / Digital Marketing / SaaS preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling, virtual meetings, and client coordination.
• Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated professional.
